A phone quick list can be created by clicking on the [Quick List] menu and pressing edit.   This will open a simple text file which you can add your own phone numbers, after the "##### Phone Numbers #####" line, for quick dial functionality.    Note you determine the order of these entries, and can add headings e.g.:

##### Phone Numbers #####
=== Main numbers ===
Head Office +44 01945 23874823
My CEO +34 3582970252

=== Other numbers ===
Wharehouse +34 3582972352
Kitchen +44194546423854

Results in:

Jajah Phone Buddy Quick dial

You can optionally share your Quick list with other users on a network, by saving the file to the network, and then adding the location of the network file:

<NetworkFile>X:\PHONE\QuickDial.txt</NetworkFile>

If the file does not exist, or is unavailable, then the "Jajah phone buddy" will just use the local version.
